I finally finally discovered thrift Nirvana in Durham, the hospital thrift store where rich old ladies send their stuff and then price them on some kind of crazy old lady continuum. So here's what I found today:

V-neck aqua heather wool sweater $1
Pink Sears leatherette shoulder bag $2
60's Metal thermos, family size $2
Tweed skirt 25 cents
Stripey 70's blouse 25 cents
Toddler sized seersucker blazer 25 cents
Toddler olive green western shirt 25 cents

and some kids books. I hovered over a chip and dip bowl with gold applique for $4 but I have a set already. I think I shall be haunting this place. It restored my faith in thrifting humanity.
